The men knew what they were doing, SPOKE ENGLISH, UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH, and did a fine job and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this cooktop. Makes meal preparing easy

Two gentlemen came and took our old one out. They were not able to completely install because our granite was not quite big enough. They did what they could and left so we could use but had to have a granite company come and make the hole bigger. They cleaned up everything before they left.

Cooktop functions well and cooks evenly. Easy to clean and provides a level of safety fir my 3yr. old, due it’s quick cool down and the fact that it doesn’t turn on without having a pot/pan on the burner.

The installers showed up when they said, they were pleasant, they installed the cooktop just fine, and they hauled away the old one. I've had no problems with using the cooktop, and I've had it now for a little over a year and a half.

For the cooktop installation, I thought we would need a countertop modification. The professional installer tried and the cooktop got in perfectly without any modification. In and out in 20 mins. Clean and perfect installation!

I like the product and how it looks but it is about the overall installation experience not product, which I like. The installers informed that our online order for installation was for electric cooktop (my order as I saw only showed installation), which when I ordered there were no such options and why would it be feasible to even pick electric installation with a gas cooktop purchase/ So, some online buying option selection issues. Secondly, I was informed that there was no payment made for the Natural Gas to Propane conversion kit (how would I know, when there were no such option that I was informed). So, I was asked to pay additional $150 over and above $140 I had already paid for installation. Anyhow, I ended up making the payment as I needed a working cooktop but it was not a nice installation experience for me as to what I knew it will cost to what it actually costed me. Hopefully, Best Buy figures out a solution and transparency upfront so their customers don't have to go through this again.

The two installers were polite, professional and answered all my questions. The initial measurements were not exact but the installer made the cooktop fit securely. They made suggestions and took the old cooktop out. Thank you.

The cooktop is great. Heats up quickly and maintains temperature evenly. The downdraft is powerful and the 'low' setting is enough for 90% of cooking needs. Installation crew was great--- removed old unit, cut countertop to fit the new unit and the ew installation looks terrific!

Install process went very well. I was well notified in advance. Installer was pleasant and professional. Only advice I can provide is they need to be aware of wood floors that could scratch easily. I needed to remind the helper. We prevented any damage to floors.

The installer arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The process was completely quickly, but was not hurried.

The install of the cooktop was fast and professional. The install tech took the time to insure that the install area was clean before proceeding. After everything was complete, he went over each step of the install to ensure it was to my satisfaction. Very pleased with his work.

The installation techs were very knowledgeble and made every effort to made sure it was installed properly and securely. Not sure if I can mention names here but I would recommed them and the service.

The technician that installed my new KitchenAid cooktop was on time for his appointment and was very knowledgeable and professional with the installation. The cooktop fits perfectly into the counter top and he added a new junction box for the electrical connection.

Looks Beautiful, but time will tell,....................

Removal of the defective not so old cooktop of a different brand and replacement with the Samsung product happened in 15 minutes. They were very courteous and they cleaned up after themselves.

It cooks very nicely. I do wish the outlines of the burners were more visible. They are hard to see.

I love the professionalism of the installation team arranged through BestBuy. They were on time and efficient in completing the removal of the old cooktop and the installation of the new replacement.

He did a good job getting this cooktop to fit in a spot that was just a little bit off. Nice clean cuts and then ran a heavy duty gas line to make it much safer than the last installation.
