Great looking and easy to keep clean cook top. Gas jets located conveniently and there is a nice variety of sizes to work with. Lighted dials are great for knowing which gas jets are on. Highly recommended for anyone looking for this kind of appliance.

The install service was fantastic. They came on-time... they called first. He showed up and needed a different piece than they had ordered, but he had it and swapped it out without a charge. He was fast, clean and the stove he installed looks great. Perfect.

This is a beautiful addition to our new home. It is the cooktop my wife has been dreaming of for year. We added to downdraft to complete the look and it is fantastic.

Danny came in from 3 hours away to install our cooktop. He was able to quickly take the other one out and put our upgrade in. There wasn't a need to cut our counter.

Excellent customer service. He was courteous, respectful, cleaned up after the installation and took discarded materials with him. I was impressed.

The crew who installed the induction cooktop at my mother-in-law's house did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure everything looked and worked perfect.

Pro Installers installed my cooktop and oven. I was told that they would need to cut a larger hole in the granite to allow for the cooktop and that it would make quite a mess. One of the men seemed put off that my husband and I wanted to put plastic up protect our home. They opened up a cupboard in my kitchen for some reason and left it open before they cut the granite. Therefore, I had to wash every item in my cupboard in addition to all the other cleanup. When they first got to my home one of the men began removing items from the cupboard above my microwave. He was in a rush and dropped the lid to my rice cooker. Luckily I caught it mid air. The man then realized that all of this was not necessary, because they were not installing a microwave. One of the men used my restroom without asking and left the lid up. I would not have minded, but he could have at least asked (especially in the middle of a pandemic) and has the decency to put the lid down. One man requested a glass of water. Of course I gave him one, but he then complained that I gave him too much ice. After leaving, I noticed that the installers had scratched my new microwave. I was on hold for 2 hours with Best Buy before being told that calls had reached maximum capacity. I tried an online chat and was offered 10 percent off of a new appliance. I went to the store to speak to a representative and was given a phone number to file an insurance claim. This process took hours. I don’t understand why Best Buy couldn’t have done this. I I’m not the one who chose this installation company. I eventually spoke with with someone from Pro Installers over the phone. He was quite rude and continuously spoke over me. 2 week later, the same installers came back to my home to replace the microwave. They were also quite rude and never once acknowledged their mistake. A simple apology would have gone a long way. The whole interaction was quite uncomfortable. As they were leaving one of them requested that I give them a review so here it is.

Very happy with our GE 36" electric cooktop install. They removed out broken cooktop. Hauled away. Installed the new one seamlessly. Very happy to have Total Tech.

Long wait time for scheduling but efficient service

It was delayed a month due to backorder but when finally installed did not fit the opening so they left it half in and half out of the whole. It would have been excellent if they could have addressed the problem and expended the hole by the one inch it needed.

The cooktop was installed in a timely manner, although there was a glitch involving the drawer located under the cooktop. The installer was very handy and helpful to solve the problem then and there. His expertise was very appreciated.

Installer was here for only a few minutes and seemed to be really easy to install. Can't believe we paid so much for it, but better than paying sales tax. Dude was super nice and cool though.

I bought a cook top in July 2022. It was defective,was told by customer service no problem to install any cook-top. so got one. Was told one inch wider, need granite cutter .Called customer service and was told no problem but I have to pay for the granite cutter. As I am a senior citizen as I am not savoy at finding people , I was told by my brother to go with Best Buy.Time went on appointment was done many times and cancelled without my knowledge. They wouldnt pick up my phone . long story short, Suddenly on Tuesday 23 aug. a person calls and said he is granite cutter from BB has the stove too and will come on that day. I told him the cleaning crew are there in the morning to come in the afternoon. I had no experience in granite cutting. He borrowed a mask from me and started cutting without warning me what will happen .some of my food was out side. for the next 30 mins or so it was a construction site . every where the dust flying , AC was running , alarm going off . i and my pet took in all the dust , I trusted BB to send an experienced person. only today I am able to get up.I had to call cleaning crew again to clean. Today I am finding all the drawers in the kitchen is full of dirt. I researched and found ,he needed to do wet grinding and cover with plastic sheets. so minimum dust spreads. This person didnt do any of it at all. was not prepared and came with no mask too. Took long time to do. I didnt call anyone of my own as I am a senior citizen and BB can find the best worker and I paid for it. Its a very horrible experience for me. When My children came home from work, they were horrified to find the whole house in dust and me and my pet sick. This is what I got for trusting Best Buy.

My installation service was quick, friendly, and done write. I would totally use the Best Buy installation services again. Since I had the Total Tech support this one was free. Thank you Best Buy.

I love my new cooktop! It is elegant, and the black top matches the other appliances. It has two rapid elements and two standard ones. It fits perfectly in my small kitchen.

i did not like the burner controls. they were knobs as apposed to touch controls

Canceled the order and did not use the product or service

We were in the middle of a kitchen remodel when the cooktop was installed. The installer was very knowledgeable, and made that portion of the remodel a breeze

The initial installation was a failure, but they sent the ‘A’ team to do the reinstall. They were great—professional, knowledgeable, polite and , unlike the first crew, had the correct tools.
