This is a beautiful cooktop. The knobs light up which is fun and functional. There are 5 burners and one has a special accessory for melting. I got the griddle accessory and love it. Cleans up easily.

They came prepared , they had to adjust the cooktop to make it fit correctly and they knew what they were doing. would recommended Best Buy services to everyone

I order a cooktop online with installation. The installation crew was professional and did a quick job in installing my cooktop. Seem like they was in and out with 15 minutes. Great job guys.

Installation was a hassle. Turns out not all 30 inch cooktops require the same size hole for installation. Technician had to hunt for tools and make two cuts to get top to fit, at extra cost.

Our old cooktop was nice but outdated , only had 4 burners, our new cooktop has 5 burners to on on at once, my wife loves it and so do it.

I Frank Yodice had my install appointment canceled multiple times by your installation team. I was promised 10 percent off the order by multiple best buy reps because of that inconvenience, but that never materialized. Finally after almost a month without a cooktop it was installed by XPO Logistics. The two tec's come to my house and installed it on a friday march 6th 2020, more than a month after purchase and all seemed ok. they were very polite. that being said i had a odor of gas through out the night in my house and opened all windows. I thought it was propane lingering from the install. In the morning i tested with sudsy water. Sure enough it was bubbling at the gas line connection. I had a contactor from the neighborhood come over and said it needed pipe dope or yellow gas leak tape on the threads, he advised me that there was none. I quickly called best buy to set up a appointment for asap, and all they could do was for the next friday march 13th, Obviously i was not to happy with waiting that long with a possible gas leak in my house with all windows open during the cold nights. I then called the tec on his cell phone that he called me from the day of my install appointment and complained of him not properly sealing the threads and i had a gas leak all night. He did come out the next sunday march 8, 2020 and put the yellow tape on as required as per direction on gas line box that i purchased at lowes hardware. I did appreciate him coming on a sunday and signed the paper work stating that the old gas line i exchanged at lowes hardware may have been compromised, i did not want him to lose his job, but after thinking about it, i may be jeopardizing others with a tec that could make such a mistake or error in judgement, There is no excuse for leaving a elderly couple with a propane gas leak inside a house for two days period. It was a very cold night but still had to sleep with the windows open thank god we did. i would like to speak to a customer relations rep about this most serious issue ASAP

The installation of my new cooktop hit a snag when the granite counter needed trimmed for the correct fit. The installation team was able to complete this and the cooktop looks and works great!

Was quick and easy. Installer was courteous and professional. He cleaned up any messes as he went along. He also tested the top before leaving.

The site survey tech was running late. He called to let me know and communicated that he’d arrive outside the window.

This has been the worst experience with Best Buy to get our Stovetop installed. We've waited six months, It was supposed to be installed on 10.30.21. Nobody showed after waiting 8 hours and numerous phone calls to Best Buy. Spent hours on the phone on 11.1.21 trying to get it scheduled. Wasn't able to get anything scheduled for weeks. Asked if we could pick it up. Yes, they said. You can pick it up after 11.2.21, after receiving an email from the warehouse. This customer service representative was great. It's now 11.5.21 and still no email. Spent almost two hours on the phone with customer service today, and they said it's not at the warehouse now. Then somebody else said it was. So who is telling the truth? This is the last piece of 5 appliances that we need delivered and installed. All the others were great. This one has been a horrific experience. I just want the stove top so we can get it installed. If they had just communicated with us and let us know what was happening, I would be more understanding. I just want the truth. I can't rate the quality, value or any of that -- because WE DON'T HAVE IT -- even though it says it's been installed. A nightmare!

This cooktop is so much better than the one we replaced. More features and much easier to clean.

The installers for this item did a great job. Make sure you get the knowledgeable installers. You can ask for recommendations.

They installed the unit as needed in a timely fashion and without issue. I’d not hesitate to use them again for any appliance install need.

The installation had a few hiccups in regards to existing drawers and hardware, but the installation guys couldn't have been nicer! They were courteous, respectful and very good at what they do!

The installation team that came by were professional and friendly. Installed and checked the cooktop and oven. Very happy with their service.

Installing was very professionally done. I was asked that there will be 200 dollar extra charge for cutting a little bit of the granite. I paid the extra 200 dollars and installation was completed.

The installer was professional and personable. He had to use a jigsaw to fit the range top and he cleaned up every bit of his mess. He tested everything and made sure we were satisfied.
