The actual installation was a difficult one as it was a tight fit which required a lot of extra work. But the installers did a good job. My main complaint is the scheduling and lack of communication. The installers didn't come out in the scheduled windows for 2 days in a row. They missed the scheduled windows by many hours. So we had to reschedule for a third day. They missed that window by 7 hours too but we were home this time so they finished. The lack of communication was really terrible and inconvenient. In the end, we're happy with how it was installed, just not the process and scheduling. Bestbuy did work with us to make us happy in the end.

I will say drop, as in our unit dropped right in. I guess this is not always the case. All we did was to turn the gas valve 90 degrees and hook up the gas line.

Cooktop Installation went well No modifications to the counter top had to be made. no damage to the counter. Cooktop looks great. Installer was a PRO.

Who would want to install appliances, let alone premium appliances? Best Buy has done a great job installing appliances I bought from them, so I expect good things this time.

The cooktop is really great. I can finally cook again. I hate gas and should have replaced the gas stove top with this years ago.
