    Instead of installing the kitchen hood they made the appointment to install the kitchen range and the day the guy came to install, he told me he can not do anything as the job is marked different that the actual job. I called best buy customer service for the refund, and after a long wait I was finally got connected and in the middle of the conversation my call got cut off and no one called me back. Even I went to the store near me and asked the manager for refund for the job not performed, he mentioned that he can not help me as the order was done online, actually I made that order with best buy customer service over the phone. On my further inquiry he told me that in the system it shows the job was complete, though there are no pictures in the system for the completed job. I am so disappointed on so many level on the overall customer service level as money went yo the waste without any service.
