Awful. Best Buy does not directly complete the installation of cooktops. In my case the job was subbed out to XPO Logistics who used a different 3rd party to complete the work. The installer took all of the accessories for my new cooktop with them when they left. They did not install the foam gasket to cushion the cook top on the counter or the brackets to secure it in place. When removing my old cooktop the also removed the supports from under my granite counter top cause the whole countertop to need to be re-leveled. They also hyperextended community cabinet doors under the cooktop and cause them to break at the joint. It’s now a month and a half later and I still have no accessories to complete the installation and a damaged kitchen.

When the guys came to install this they did a good job. However who ever sets up the deliveries completely dropped the ball. They changed the time on me 3 time, then blamed me for the time change. I had the original email that the said with the "promised time" and they said they, never scheduled it at that time, and since i missed the installation time, I'd have to reschedule, which was completely ridiculous.
