However who ever sets up the deliveries completely dropped the ball. They changed the time on me 3 time, then blamed me for the time change. I had the original email that the said with the "promised time" and they said they, never scheduled it at that time, and since i missed the installation time, I'd have to reschedule, which was completely ridiculous.

Never had a worse customer experience in my life

Would give zero stars if it was possible. Waited all day for install, never arrived (despite app and calls to Best Buy telling me they were "on the way." The next day I was told they didn't show because the item actually wasn't in stock. Waited 4 more months. Item was back in stock per website but Best Buy never contacted me to deliver/install. When I saw this and called them they set up delivery/install of item. Checked the website on the supposed day of delivery and they have canceled my delivery appointment and it says on the website that the install has been completed already....
