However who ever sets up the deliveries completely dropped the ball. They changed the time on me 3 time, then blamed me for the time change. I had the original email that the said with the "promised time" and they said they, never scheduled it at that time, and since i missed the installation time, I'd have to reschedule, which was completely ridiculous.

Disappointment

The gas line was not replaced and after the installation and the installer left, we started smelling gas. We later learned that the third prong from the ground plug had been removed because the installer could not get grounded plug into the outlet due to the difficult location (not impossible) of the outlet. Additionally, BestBuys automated deliver confirmation process is TERRIBLE, On multiple occasions would get a notification that service would be arriving at a specific time, nobody would show up. We would call the 1-800 number and they would confirm someone was on their way and we would wait and wait.

it didn't fit
