We replaced our electric stove with a this propane model because electric is too slow. This things heats up fast and is great at boiling water quickly or simmering sauces slowly. We had a few snags with installation but Best Buy made it right!

Easy to use. Love the induction cooking method. Very fast and even cooking

Love the product, the installation was a little shakey. Glad I was home to assist. I had tools that made it easier to remove the old one, the installer just wanted to man handle it out.

Works well. However, sometimes my pots & pans slide on the top of grids.

Never installed. Cancelled the order day after purchase because I realized the salesperson lied when she assured me that the cooktop has downdraft ventilation built in.

First technician did not properly measure and did not take into account the drawers beneath cooktop. This was discovered by second installer whose solution was we could not use drawers under our cooktop. Required hiring an outside person to fix the problems.

Contractor was a joke. He overpriced a job to cut granite and said no one could beat it. Then he was a no show. I ended up going through another company and found the installation was $100 less than what this contractor told me.

This installation was hired out to a delivery service that is not connected to Best Buy, and they refused to install because they didn't like the position of the loose wire for installation. I had to pay an electrician, and Best Buy refunded the install.

The installer who came out to do the install was very friendly.

Installers were unprofessional, not prepared to install the stove top range and did a very poor job. They didn’t level it, didn’t secure it and the wiring is a mess under the counter. Had to call BB back to get a different installer and bought our own wiring and plug.

This 5-burner gas cooktop has good burners for even cooking and the grill is solid and can be lifted to clean the stainless steel around the burners. The 5th burner is really handy when cooking larger meals.

cooktop was slightly too large to fit in the cutout of the granite and the installers had no solutions and left me to deal with it. I paid for installation not just delivery. They did connect the wires.

Satisfied with the installation process. Leave it to the experts to do their job. Again- would highly recommend Quintin from XPO ( contracted by Bestbuy) for doing our whole kitchen appliances installation.

Wanted to charge extra to hard wire. I went and got the parts. Didn’t apply the foam stopping around the edge to prevent leaks into drawer below.

The Installation team that showed up were very professional and did not waste any time in getting the job done. They clean up after they were done and the whole job took only 25 minutes to complete.

The teams that installed the new cooktop and hood did a great job. They were professional, answered all my questions, taught me a couple of things and cleaned everything up when they finished.

NO SUCH INSTALLATION TOOK PLACE! Installers showed up with 4 appliances, but refused to install them (due to open renovation permit). NEVER a previous mention/warning about this!

Owned for 1 year and have troubles with it popping our breaker constantly or we have to reboot it by turning the breaker off and on. Locks us out all the time. Very disappointed with the lg cook top!

everything went wonderfully with installation EXCEPT the person who made the order made it for a cooktop- it was for a range. When called to establish time I let the rep know. It was fine!
