I took advantage of the installation and two guys showed up were very professional and had it installed in less than 15 minutes.

Installer was excellent and professional. Scheduling issues had him only installing a cooktop, but he was able to install the microwave, double oven, dishwasher and cooktop all at once so he would not have to come back. I was happy to have everything done.

Cooktop swap out: Installed quickly and safely without issue. No gas leaks. Unit tested and demonstrated prior to completion. Only improvement suggested is a pause to allow owner to clean area revealed by old unit removal prior to installing the new unit.

The guys that installed my cooktop did a excellent job they explained to me that the drawer underneath was in the way and made adjustments. The gas cooktop is excellent and easy to clean

Very happy with the installation crew of Chris and Eric. Friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. So far they’ve put two appliances in my kitchen and I just order a hood which will be installed oven my cooktop. I will assume they will install it.

The delivery went very well but my contractor didn't hook up something important so BB couldn't install the until. The delivery driver did leave a special hose/hook-up part so that my contractor could complete the installation.

the young man came on time with was a plus for Me he was very professional and courteous and well dressed, and cleaned up after himself, the stovetop is beautiful. I had the gas company come in a turn the pilot lights on and he stated that BestBuy guy did a good job

Professional installation was well worth the price. The two men arrived on time with the cooktop, and installed it very efficiently and well. I could not have done it myself. The installers were very helpful and cleaned up after they were done.

Still a learning experience and have to adjust to the heat settings but to date has been a great appliance...also kudos to the installers.

Licensed professionals came to install our cooktop without downdraft. They did a great job. They had to cut our countertop marble in order to fit it, which they did it peferctly.

The installers were terrific...very business-like; ensured that the pre-measurements were correct; then cut the granite. They cleaned up any messes (which they limited, even for granite dust). They pointed out that the gas cooktop should not be used until the blue turned transparent (I waited 24 hours beofe using anywhay).

Professional and friendly service, he did a great job installing it. This review is for installation only, I wouldn’t recommend the cooktop itself. The installation was great, but the cooktop is very hard to keep clean.

The only thing that installation staff need to work on is better communication and scheduling software. When the staff show up it is always a great experience. Its just getting them there.

This was the second installation of our new cook-top. The first one had to be sent back. The installers this time were excellent and very knowledgeable. And they had all the necessary parts. The first crew was not arranged through Best Buy. I'm becoming a real believer in the Geek Squad. Very satisfied.

Our installer was Freddy and I highly recommend him if you can choose an installer. He was very considerate and very cleanly, meaning he made sure any mess that was made he cleaned it up. He was considerate of how the appliance was going to be installed and made sure we were aware of what and how he was going to proceed.

A Best Buy Sales Consultant visited our home and kitchen before our purchase, took measurements, made recommendation, but never mentioned the possibility of alterations to be made. The installers said they could install only with alterations (additional $180) plus drawers under unit have to be altered at our expense. Wish we know that earlier and we may have made different choices. Installation went well.

Best Buy is our lifesaver. After 3 months of hiccups with Lowe's on our appliances, we gave up on them and reached out to Best Buy. We locked in our items and scheduling was easy for install. Installer did a great job installing everything for the new house!

This is an excellent cook-top. My wife loves it, as does my daughter who has used it often. This was well worth the cost. It is easy to clean and easy to light the gas. We have no complaints and nothing but pluses for this stove top.
