The installers came right on time. They did a great job, they were done & everything was all cleaned up in about 40 minutes. Afterwards, I even received a phone call to make sure that I was satisfied with the installation.

The installation of the cooktop went as planned. The tech was very knowledgeable.

The team that installed my new gas cooktop were on time, called when they were about 30 minutes away, they were meticulous in terms of installing and explaining the process and asked if we had questions. I recommend the service.

The initial installation was a failure, but they sent the ‘A’ team to do the reinstall. They were great—professional, knowledgeable, polite and , unlike the first crew, had the correct tools.

This review is for installation only. Installation was on time and efficient. Installers were friendly and courteous. I have not yet used the cooktop because we started updating kitchen day after installation.Cant wait to try it out.

I bought a cook top in July 2022. It was defective,was told by customer service no problem to install any cook-top. so got one. Was told one inch wider, need granite cutter .Called customer service and was told no problem but I have to pay for the granite cutter. As I am a senior citizen as I am not savoy at finding people , I was told by my brother to go with Best Buy.Time went on appointment was done many times and cancelled without my knowledge. They wouldnt pick up my phone . long story short, Suddenly on Tuesday 23 aug. a person calls and said he is granite cutter from BB has the stove too and will come on that day. I told him the cleaning crew are there in the morning to come in the afternoon. I had no experience in granite cutting. He borrowed a mask from me and started cutting without warning me what will happen .some of my food was out side. for the next 30 mins or so it was a construction site . every where the dust flying , AC was running , alarm going off . i and my pet took in all the dust , I trusted BB to send an experienced person. only today I am able to get up.I had to call cleaning crew again to clean. Today I am finding all the drawers in the kitchen is full of dirt. I researched and found ,he needed to do wet grinding and cover with plastic sheets. so minimum dust spreads. This person didnt do any of it at all. was not prepared and came with no mask too. Took long time to do. I didnt call anyone of my own as I am a senior citizen and BB can find the best worker and I paid for it. Its a very horrible experience for me. When My children came home from work, they were horrified to find the whole house in dust and me and my pet sick. This is what I got for trusting Best Buy.

Install team was very personable. The reason I did not give them a 5 star was because they did not have long enough screws or blocks of wood to properly mount the cooktop. I had to supply both of these items to complete the install!!

The Installers arrived on time and took out the old and put in the new gas cooktop. The new hookup cable was the wrong size, but they had the right size on their truck and everything worked out fine at no additional cost.

The professional team came in went right to work installing my new Bosch stove top. They were on time, courteous, efficient, cleared out the old stove top. They did a working check on the unit and they were finished. Great team

We were in the middle of a kitchen remodel when the cooktop was installed. The installer was very knowledgeable, and made that portion of the remodel a breeze

The installer they sent arrived in a bad mood and in a hurry, left the kitchen installed but without connecting saying that the new kitchen was bad and told me that I had to request the change for a new one. They waited up to an hour for bestbuy to answer the phone to give me the case number 244289605, after leaving me without a kitchen for 5 days (since they disconnected the previous one that worked) they were supposed to make the change, but it turns out that he only connected the one I originally wore and worked; DID NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES, as the first kitchen they sent was supposed to be good. Be careful with these types of installers who lie leaving a customer without a kitchen and wasting my time for 5 days to request a change that was not necessary and that simply did not want to finish the installation. The installer claims that there was no elevator reserved, but the reality is that he did not have proof of insurance and that is why they rejected his entrance, (who does not know that brickell condos require insurance to enter?), That bothered him and left us without a kitchen us and hurt bestbuy by asking for a new kitchen that was not necessary. For my part, the last time I buy online at bestbuy. I recommend that you investigate this case, I am on order 954 9059701 but only in Spanish. El instalador que enviaron llego de mal humor y apurado, dejo la cocina instalada pero sin conectar diciendo que la nueva cocina estaba mala y me dijo que yo tenia que solicitar el cambio por una nueva. Fueron esperas de hasta una hora para que bestbuy me contestara el teléfono para darme darme el numero de caso 244289605, luego de dejarme sin cocina 5 dias ( ya que desconectaron la anterior que funcionaba) fueron supuestamente a hacer el cambio, pero resulta que solo conectó la que llevo originalmente y funciono; NO HIZO NINGUN CAMBIO, como me suponía la primera cocina que enviaron estaba buena. Tengan cuidado con este tipo de instaladores que mienten dejando a un cliente sin cocina y haciéndome perder el tiempo durante 5 días para solicitar un cambio que no hacia falta y que simplemente no quiso terminar la instalación. El instalador alega que no había ascensor reservado, pero la realidad es que no tenía prueba de seguro y por eso retazaron su entrada, (quien no sabe que los condominios de brickell exigen seguro para entrar?), eso lo molesto y nos dejo sin cocina a nosotros y perjudico a bestbuy pidiendo una nueva cocina que no hacia falta. Por mi lado, ultima vez que compro online en bestbuy. Les recomiendo que investiguen este caso, estoy a la orden 954 9059701 pero solo en español.

Jason did an excellent job installing our 36" Viking cooktop. Even though it wasn't on his schedule (he was here to install a dishwasher) he went the extra mile making some phone calls to get approval. I would recommend Jason and his partner.

GREAT PURCHASE, CLEAN AND MODERN LOOKING. PURCHASED THIS FOR MY MOMS KITCHEN AND IT HAS BEEN A GREAT UPGRADE. SHE LOVES IT, HEATS UP QUICKLY, COOLS OFF QUICKLY ANDIS EASY TO CLEAN.

I was going to install this myself, but at the last minute decided to have the Geek Squad folks do it. Am I ever glad I did so. They were courteous, professional, speedy, and thorough. I am grateful for the expert service they provided.
