I was replacing an existing cooktop with this KitchenAid product. The installation team was able to make the necessary modifications to accommodate the new cooktop. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and expertise.

Unfortunately I wasn’t home when the delivery and install happened, my husband was. They gave me 5 minutes lead time and I wasn’t able to get home until they had left. There were pieces of packaging strewn on the floor from the front door to the kitchen. Not only were there fingerprints all over it, there were full hand prints. They removed the label but not the residue and when they turned it on to test, I assume, they residue melted onto the cooktop. I spent the better part of half an hour to clean it up. I reported it to the ‘customer advocate’ but I never heard back from anyone.

On this case I am very sad because I paid $40 dolls more because they need to remove a little wood on the hole. the stove no enter in the hole. I think is very bad for the costumer to pay more money for a little work.

Best Buy's installer did a great job with the installation. He was installing on on a granite counter top and he needed to increase the size of the opening. The installer had all of the tools he needed and did a very neat job.

The installers came in and installed the cook top and left with no mess.

They came to the property with the product to install, they made to look the installation process so easy. Amazing service, Thank you!

Installed in granite countertop. I didn't want to be responsible for breaking the granite so I left it to the pro. Also gas hookup is not a good thing for a rookie. Installer did a great job.

It worked like a clock. They came took away the old cook top (GE by the way) and installed the new one in minutes. It has been working for about four weeks really well

Techs were nice, but the install did not go as planned. The front eye was damaged because the installer used the wrong tool to install, making use have to get a new cooktop and another installer come. Now the cooktop is working great.
