A bit of a disconnect on the dates between installation company and BestBuy...Wish they communicated to each other better. In the end the stove was installed without a problem.

Told by store after purchase that two drawers under cooktop would have to be removed. Installers were able to save both drawers with a little creativity. Very professional and helpful. Would use them again anytime!

Best Buy install guys did a great job. If the appliance is installed by them is there is not sales tax on the appliance so it off set the installation fee. (where sales tax is applicable)

Best Buy outsourced it to certified installer because of gas cooktop. They were professionals, measured everything before taking our current cooktop. They installed it properly and were done in short amount of time.

The installation team from Best Buy came on time for the installation job. The cooktop we purchased fit perfectly so no additional work was needed from the installation team to make the new cooktop fit.

Install was super quick and easy for our cooktop. The only downside was that it took months to get any kitchen product in stock and available for install.

OTHER THAN KNOWING WHAT THE PROCCES WOULD BE LIKE. I HAD AN EXELENT EXPIERCE WITH THE WAY THE DELIVERY DRIVERS COMMUNICATED WITH ME..

Done efficiently and professionally, on time, along with two other appliances. No damage or mess when all installation(s) complete. All three appliances work well. Representitives worked carefully and safely.
