Great price for this cooktop. Burners work better that other one and really like the heavy grates

Performs just fine. Geek installation was fast and efficient. Still waiting for double ovens that now are backordered to May.

Love the cooktop. Great quality and works extremely well. Installer did a quick and thorough job, while following Covid guidelines.

The actual installation was a difficult one as it was a tight fit which required a lot of extra work. But the installers did a good job. My main complaint is the scheduling and lack of communication. The installers didn't come out in the scheduled windows for 2 days in a row. They missed the scheduled windows by many hours. So we had to reschedule for a third day. They missed that window by 7 hours too but we were home this time so they finished. The lack of communication was really terrible and inconvenient. In the end, we're happy with how it was installed, just not the process and scheduling. Bestbuy did work with us to make us happy in the end.

The three guys who installed and delivered were the beat. They worked great together and were efficient. I enjoyed their sense of humor. Thanks Adam, Joseph and Ryan

Pre measure said needed to do Three cuts on granite. Guys were able to install without a cut. They saved me $225. Great job

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from this "licensed professional" The appointment started out OK, until he was unable to control the flame on my cook top. After spending over 45min, he decided to finish the rest of his scheduled deliveries and come back. I waited from 11am -5pm, no return. Then I noticed my original cook top was missing. I never requested haul away service. I called Best Buy to inquire about when my install would return to complete the job. I then, learned that the job was marked "completed" in my account and a haul away charge was added. Best Buy made many attempts to contact the installer while in the field. No answer, the call was escalated up to Management. I then received an irate call from the installer asking me why I reported my "old cook top" stolen and now he won't come back until tomorrow. I have a special needs child that is on a limited diet and I desperately needed my gas cook top installation completed and functioning safety to provide dinner for my family. The installer returned my original cook top 24hrs later and told me that he was done with this case and left. So now I have been charged for a cook top that is not functioning property and left to find someone to complete the job I paid Best Buy's "licensed professional" to complete. Not to mention this is a gas appliance and could potentially be a gas hazard or emergency if not installed property. I will never use BEST BUY for ANY installations EVERY AGAIN!!!

The Cooktop Installation was so easy. I think I could have done it myself but it was best for the professional to have done this.

I love our new dishwasher and countertop cooktop! just about done replacing the outdated appliances throughout the home.

Who would want to install appliances, let alone premium appliances? Best Buy has done a great job installing appliances I bought from them, so I expect good things this time.

I will say drop, as in our unit dropped right in. I guess this is not always the case. All we did was to turn the gas valve 90 degrees and hook up the gas line.

The installers called to let me know they were on their way. They showed up on time and did an excellent job of installing my new cooktop. Very friendly too!
