Haven’t had to use it but knowing I have this available to me just in case I need it in the future it’s priceless.

Good product s we vice time will tell . But why are you so insystemt as seller and manufacturer alike to extend warranty . Do you have little confidence in your product ??

By far this is the worst experience I have ever had in any retail store in my entire life. I almost call the police twice on there installer. I spend over $5000 in the store. Wrong parts was ordered, reschedule appointments to visit, numerous phone calls, No return phone calls with promises they will call back and no call back. When the installer came in to install the stove and the downdraft in which they didn’t have the blower with them. that was the worst experience ever when I have a sick child at home with major seizures. Their installer were completely inconsiderate unprofessional slamming my doors and yelling in my house we are done when I was attending my sick child with major seizure. I have advised them that my daughter having a seizure I just need 10 minutes to give her medication. They keep slamming my front door and yelling we are done so Unprofessional and un humanely. then finally I had it with them so I throw them out of my house and I told them I would be calling the police on them if they did not leave. Then I called the store and I advise them for what happens. Not even a phone call back from the manager. Or anyone. on my last call I advise them when they come back to install the blower I do not want these two guys to be in my house ever again. So what they do they send me the same two guys. who I I throw out of my house last time. The same two guys who they are inconsiderate and unprofessional to install my blower. when I answer my door I saw The same two guys, I almost called the police because I felt threading. The store manager has assured me on the phone that will not be the same two guys, sure enough he did! He said will be someone else I am sure you took care of that. he sent me the same two guys. I got a phone call from customer relation and they offer me $200 compensation for inconvenient how ridiculous is that. what kind of business are you running there ?

It is a good luck to meet these guys. Perfect on time appearing and great skilled job. Explained many things about new cooktop and many other things.

The technician was very professional and quick. He was very knowledgeable about the product and gave advice for use and care. He was very courteous.

They were on time and friendly. Cleaned up any mess they may have made during the install. Very professional!

This service is a requirement to actually use the appliance - probably could use sitting on blocks but much safer installed.

The installers, Installs Unlimited did a great job installing since I needed to have my granite trimmed a little. They were in a out quickly and did a nice job

Very easy to turn on if you aren’t careful. Suggest lock whenever not using. Extreme caution with small children and ALL!

Well I don’t even know where to start. When the guy came to install the stove top, well he called me in advance and saying he would be at my house soon so I waited and waited and called him back and he told me he confused me with another customer and saying sorry and he would be here in 20 mins. And he was here in an hour!! He couldn’t install the stove top because of 2 issues and he was willing to help me after that so I gave him 30 bucks as a tip. And then he ignored my message later. Ok. I am fine with it! So I had my granite cut and scheduled for the next appointment which was cancelled without me knowing. So I called and made it again. Guess what!! Cancelled!!! I called again and had to cancel my purchase and do the transaction again because there was an error with my order no, besides Whenever I scheduled, I asked to send me another guy since he couldn’t do it, and you still send me the same guy! Finally on third attempt i was waiting for the installation and the window time was am 7-1pm. No call no message so I called after 1 pm to figure out when you guys come and was being told to wait. I got the call at 1:40 and he said he would be in 20 min. Yes he came after 55 min. Wow!! Time must fly differently as mine. And the same guy who couldn’t do it before couldn’t do it again, then luckily we got help from howl away team and they did it in less than 10 min. Of course I gave them tips. So overall bad!!!!The product itself, I don’t know yet.

Installation men hardworking and professional. Installation was great. The only problem was delivery was missed two times prior.

Very easy to clean after cooking. Also, the cook top get heat up really fast
