We love our new cooktop now that we have remodeled our house . The cook top is wonderful.

Good product s we vice time will tell . But why are you so insystemt as seller and manufacturer alike to extend warranty . Do you have little confidence in your product ??

Haven’t had to use it but knowing I have this available to me just in case I need it in the future it’s priceless.

Installer was friendly and new what they were doing and talking about. Fixed a previous issue created by an other installer. Satisfied with the work performed.

The cooktop is very good and is anupgrade to the one it replaced. Works wwell.

This service is a requirement to actually use the appliance - probably could use sitting on blocks but much safer installed.

The installer, I believe his name was Louis, was very professional. they were on time and installed it quickly. Good experience which I really appreciate.

Well I don’t even know where to start. When the guy came to install the stove top, well he called me in advance and saying he would be at my house soon so I waited and waited and called him back and he told me he confused me with another customer and saying sorry and he would be here in 20 mins. And he was here in an hour!! He couldn’t install the stove top because of 2 issues and he was willing to help me after that so I gave him 30 bucks as a tip. And then he ignored my message later. Ok. I am fine with it! So I had my granite cut and scheduled for the next appointment which was cancelled without me knowing. So I called and made it again. Guess what!! Cancelled!!! I called again and had to cancel my purchase and do the transaction again because there was an error with my order no, besides Whenever I scheduled, I asked to send me another guy since he couldn’t do it, and you still send me the same guy! Finally on third attempt i was waiting for the installation and the window time was am 7-1pm. No call no message so I called after 1 pm to figure out when you guys come and was being told to wait. I got the call at 1:40 and he said he would be in 20 min. Yes he came after 55 min. Wow!! Time must fly differently as mine. And the same guy who couldn’t do it before couldn’t do it again, then luckily we got help from howl away team and they did it in less than 10 min. Of course I gave them tips. So overall bad!!!!The product itself, I don’t know yet.

very solid and heavy duty cook grid; love the blue light on control knobs that reminds you gas is on. haven't tried the wifi yet. Black stainless looks great.

Love my new cooktop. The installation was done by a really professional person who explained how to use the appliance.

The guys did a great job and clean up all the packing debris after the installation. They gave me a call before arriving and were very friendly and quick.
