Worst Customer service I have ever received. Cooktop with trim kit delivered on 5/18 and remains sitting on my family room floor. Original 3rd party installers did not know what the trim kit was and refused to install. Other "Professional" 3rd party installers sent out two more times and also would not install. A GE repair tech came out to complete my dishwasher install (same installers did not complete the install and I did not know it until I read the install directions). He took a look at the cooktop, trim kit and the dimensions on the counter while he was here and said if they follow the trim kit installation instructions it would be fine. He recommended a couple of pieces of wood just to provide a little extra support. I have received calls from about a half dozen different BB customer service people on this situation. All are pleasant and some seem like they are going to get the situation corrected. But then I get ghosted and can get no replies even though they provided their email and phone contact. This is HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT ORDER INSTALLATION WITH YOUR PRODUCTS

The installer, I believe his name was Louis, was very professional. they were on time and installed it quickly. Good experience which I really appreciate.

very solid and heavy duty cook grid; love the blue light on control knobs that reminds you gas is on. haven't tried the wifi yet. Black stainless looks great.
