The cooktop installers were in and out in a jiffy. Hard to complain about that. The inspector came out within a week, and all is well. Kudos!

No problems with install, do recommend pre-inspection (free) to make sure everything goes well on install day.

The installers installed my GE Induction Cooktop quickly and efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised.

Installers were courteous professional and informative.

While install went well, we were charged $150. extra to swap out natural gas orifices for LP orifices that were included with the cooktop. Hardly what I could call a special installation and no previous communication that we would need to pay for this. I guess it was my fault for ordering online. The installer should have been wearing a mask for charging for this.

The cooktop was installed on time, and it's been working fine. However, a year later we dropped something on it, and the top shattered. Normally I'd not blame the installer, but the repair person who came out said that the gasket under the cooktop hadn't been correctly placed, so the edges weren't protected, and that the error contributed to the whole thing shattering. Hence the mediocre review of the installation.

Installation went very well and was completed quickly. Technicians were timely, professional, and knowledgeable.

The install was tricky with the gas hook up but the installers did great and did fast work

Tech was able to deliver and install our order on New Years Eve. He was polite and efficient.

It doesn’t make sense when you have to pay more for installation than the stove itself. I watched them install it. It’s not that hard. You can do it yourself.
