Best service for the cooktop installation so far from best buy

Thus installation was quick and affordable. The installer was very efficient.

Two very knowledgeable technicians removed our old cooktop and installed our new cooktop in a very professional manner.

Love my cooktop and had to have an extended vent hood. Works great and looks amazing

they seemed to do a nice job. BUT 8 days later i had to call for service. I smelled gas. So order was put in but only for three days later. I called the Gas Company. They arrived within two hours and fixed the problem. The problem was that the connector to the regulator was not tightened enough,that’s the problem. You should require that the installer has a gas meter to test the new installation I hope you take my advice

The installation services done by the contractor for Bestbuy was far from being the best, I bought a new cooktop and a gas line to replace the very old ones I had but first of all, the installers didn't show up the day my appointment was schedule, they came a day after and they didn't replace the gas line I bought, they didn't even mention it until after they left and I went through the paperwork and found out they didn't bring it to my home. After I complained to bestbuy and they reached out the installers, the owner of that company called me to give me an excuse. He requested my to take pictures and send them back to them via text because they were too busy to come to my home and check it in person. So after sending them the pictures, somehow he was so good (sarcasm) to guess the measurements of my gas line fitting from those pictures, and according to him my gas line wasn't replaced because it wasn't compatible with the new gas line so if I still wanted to get it replaced, they would charge me $200 per hour to come and do it and it would take them at least a couple of hours to do so. Obviously my trust on them was long gone so I got someone else who was able to come for $75 and simply replace the old gas line in less than 5 minutes without any problems whatsoever, which in fact was totally compatible with new one. I plan to avoid those installers next time I need something done from bestbuy.
