Beware Best Buy uses 3rd party installers.

Best Buy does not directly complete the installation of cooktops. In my case the job was subbed out to XPO Logistics who used a different 3rd party to complete the work. The installer took all of the accessories for my new cooktop with them when they left. They did not install the foam gasket to cushion the cook top on the counter or the brackets to secure it in place. When removing my old cooktop the also removed the supports from under my granite counter top cause the whole countertop to need to be re-leveled. They also hyperextended community cabinet doors under the cooktop and cause them to break at the joint. It’s now a month and a half later and I still have no accessories to complete the installation and a damaged kitchen.
