Severely Damaged my hardwood floor when installing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had 2 different appointments to have old stovetop removed so tile countertops could be done. When both service techs showed up they said they didn't do gas appliances and I would have to reschedule with a tech that could do gas.. Then when install of new stove top was done the technician needed to sand some of wood cabinets below so I ended up with sawdust all over my kitchen. Then when he started gas stove he used my barbeque lighter and then showed me how it worked. After I paid him the extra money he said he needed for additional work on installation hr left. Then I was moving things around on floor and noticed some serious burn marks on my hardwood floor. He never said anything to me about it before he left. Also found black garbage bag with lotion bottle in it that were also burned/melted. My floor is ruined and everything in my kitchen needs to be washed because of sawdust all over. If I had known in advance that would happen I could have put sheets over things to keep the dust off.
