||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.service technicians did a very good job, but my problem has not been resolved --- technicians recommend a complete replacement of my cooktop. cooktop became un-levelled after about 6-9 months -- not sure what is pushing one side of it up so that liquid moves to the front of the pans and cooking cannot be done evenly.

bad installation

I had a perfectly good countertop that now has two nails coming through it and after almost a month, I am still have trouble getting Best Buy's insurance company to come to the house to look at the damage. I am very disappointed in Best Buy and the company they use to install their appliances.

Kitchen aid Stove

Not happy with the stove, the covers are not stationary they move when cleaning the stove and the it want come on unless you have it back in place. Horrible.

Quality stovetop

SERVICE NOT PERFORMED

I was charged for installation and I have yet to receive my cooktop. I have been rescheduled 4 different times for delivery of the cooktop. During the last rescheduling someone marked that they COMPLETED the installation. I have spent hours on the phone and this is still not resolved.

Very bad experience with Bestbuy home advisor

Disappeared and no one knows where is it!!? Every time I’m calling Michael; he not answering me or call me back to tell me what’s going on!!he wasted my time for almost 2 months. This contractor does not have any experience with the customer and he is not professional at all.

I wanted a cooktop, I ordered a cooktop, BestBuy measured and delivered a cooktop, it did not fit. I asked for a recommendation for a replacement, and got none. I still needed to call back, to get a refund. Now, am I to understand that you have not refunded me the install fee? How is that?

They didn’t. I called my plumber and paid a second time for install. He was shocked that your installer didn’t install the regulator that was in the box. Essentially let us with a bomb in our kitchen. I’m filing a complaint with NJ consumer affairs. Your plumber should loose his license

need to read the manual

What they failed to realize is that if they had checked the installation manual there are simple directions to remove the nodule. I sent the whole unit back only to find out later that it would have been a simple matter to correct

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.GE - Profile 30" Built-In Gas Cook top - Stainless Steel, looks decent -easy installation but the grate is too high, too much heat and takes longer time even to boil water, only one burner seems work perfect. s Had to return it and bought GE Monogram with four burners- spent more money but really so happy- grate is low and all burners works awesome. LED backlit knobs are cool. GE is good product but you need to see which one fits good for you.

Bad installation communication

He did not mention additional charges just that “Minor adjustments „ would be made during installation. The adjustments were not minor since it involves cutting of tiles and I was charged an additional 195$ There was no mention of additional cost im offer and ww felt blindsided We paid but should not have too .....

Amazing Thermador Cooktop

The installers were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. They installed the cooktop quickly and with no complications. I'm extremely pleased with my new Thermador cooktop and was very glad that I chose the team at Best Buy to install my appliance!

Part missing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek squad installers did not ensure that all parts were present. 10 minutes after they left we noticed that the knob was missing. We immediatly tried to call the installers, but our calls just went to voice mail. They later responded in text saying that the part wasn't in the box. It takes hours to get the appropriate help at bestbuy.

Job done wrong the 1st time

Horrible service

Very unhappy with their service. Each time I tried to call to get help, I ended up on hold for a long time and then just transferred to someone else, then went on hold again. In the end, they never answered my question or solved the problem. Ended up cancelling all installs and asmy money back. Very unhappy with best buy.

Horrible Installation

They have unprofessional people installing products that only do damage to your house. It has been almost a year and I am still working with Best Buy on getting paid back for what I had to pay for to the plumber. Had to choose 1 star but in my opinion they deserve no stars!

Installation Didn't Happen

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was given a date of 5/29, it didn't come and when I called they said the install was actually scheduled for 6/25, They never showed up despite several emails that they were coming. I have been unable to get an answer of when it will be installed or rescheduled. I have sat on hold and still after a day of a few call, no answers.
