Un- uniformed personnel, unmarked penske truck, had no tools whatsoever and apparently couldn't even hook up the gas cable to cooktop. I had to bring in my community crew to finish the job.

After paying to install 3 products, I had to personally remove the products and reinstall them properly. Called to file complaint shortly after only to be sent to a phone line that left me hanging for 30 minutes plus.

Cooktop installation was done improperly and kept throwing the breaker. Called an electrician who corrected the hookup. Took the burnt wires to Best Buy and they paid the electrician's bill with no hastle. Installation not done by geek squad.

My husband had to install the hole thing . The Guy that brought it was not able to get the gas line off was not strong enough so my husband did it all.

Do not bother - worse than doing your self They can not and will no improvise to make good on an installation. too rigid in their terms of installing. Would not use them again

They came in shaking their heads saying what a big job it was going to be, was done in 10 minutes. We additionally had to ask them to redo and straighten the Hob.

Everything went accordingly from the purchase, delivery and installation. The cooktop was installed in a new construction home, so hasn't been used much, but looks great.

Installer never showed up after repeated calls. Had a licensed plumber come to install. Paid twice for the installation due to your unreliability

Was given an 11/23 installation date. That passed by without a call, email or anything. I was assured I wouldn’t need to nag installers when Best Buy took my money. Should have used Amazon I guess.

It crack with a heavy pot I have the Protection plan and they won’t cover it because you’re saying it’s accidental

Guys who came to install didnt due a good job and didnt have the right tools and wasnt trained on proper installation of appliances

They broke a tile on my counter. Left exposed wires in the conduit box and did not close it. They left dust and debris in the kitchen. We are still cleaning up after them.

I paid to have a full price Viking cooktop installed and they did and won't anchor it even though the agreement that I signed says it is included. Not worth the 140 dollars I spent for installation

They came our house and did not know how to install They told us they would call For another appointment never received a phone call or nothing

I give a zero. The installation person never showed up after all calls to remind me of the time they were to arrive.

Fits perfectly, works great, position of knobs is ideal, light for easy cleaning, plus the Geek Squad installed it in 25 minutes. Love it!

Stainless steel with cast iron grates are easy to keep clean. 5 burners is a bonus. Cooking on a grill pan was convenient and delicious.

If I could give you a ZERO I would. I still do not have a cooktop and no one will return calls or emails.

Very courteous and pleasant install man. Quickly figured out what needed to be done accommodating the double wall oven into the opening.
