To this date, my product is still not installed correctly. The first cooktop was installed but, supposedly, the product is detefective. Now, after two attempts to get a new cooktop, the installers have either not shown up or had the times wrong. On the one they have installed, that is not working correctly, they didn't;t install correctly and do the testing that should be done when installing a gas cooktop. Best Buy should not do business with this 3rd party

The 3rd party service who came to install informed me they are not electricians and couldn't install this (even tho they installed the microwave). Don't you think they could see on the ppwk what needed to be installed before they came out to waste my time? We ended up doing it ourselves. Ish

I cancelled the installation about a week ago, they keep calling me and telling me they are coming to install, the cooktop. I keep telling them it's installed already. Please make them stop.

The installer did not have enough experience and knowledge to replace and install my upgraded cooktop. They also unexpectedly scratched my carrion countertop badly.

FROM THE SALES PERSON TO THE INSTALLER COULDNT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED. VERY WELL TRAINED EMPOYESS WOULD DEFINTELY BUY ANOTHER APPLICANCE FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!!!

Three tried and it is not yet installed. They are supposed to come tomorrow- we will see.

The cooks top install was done within 45 minutes. The installers were professional and explained the product usage and care.

On December 18, went to Best Buy to inquiry about a stove top. Scheduled an in home appointment for the Home Adviser Rep to come and verify the stove top would fit. The Home Adviser stated it would fit and I placed the order for a KCE950HBL. I was never told about any additional charges until the day of arrival with Best Buy's 3rd party installers. They arrived on Jan 21, 2019 and stated that it would be an additional $500 to install the cooktop. Best Buy says, these additional charges are on the website, but I have not found them. Horrible Install contractors

The reason for this poor review is because the cooktop was installed wrong. Two Best Buy Geeks did not center it in the opening and put a piece of wood to fill in the gap. My Handyman reinstall it, I had to pay twice for install and it was impossible to reach Best Buy. I have before and after pictures of the install . I like the product but have lost faith in Best Buy.

Bought a new built in cooktop to replace the one I currently have. When XPO came to install the new cooktop I was told they couldn’t get my wall oven to fit back into the cabinet wall and needed to go to Home Depot. The techs were gone for 30 minutes plus doing God knows what and when they came back they installed my cooktop incorrectly. I have to push down hard to turn the burners on. The knobs are loose and look like there going to fall off. No would not recommend.

I love the Samsung TV. I bought this online. I had to make two phone calls to make arrangements for pick up. The first phone call I sat on hold for 37 minutes the second phone was the same.
