The box was not damaged in any way on the outside. While taking out each piece was SHOCKED the larger main panels of t v stand were chipped, wood was split. Surprised how cheaply made it was. Would not purchased from this company again.

It came damaged but I was able to fix it. I recently order another one for my second floor game room but this time it came badly damaged so I had to return it. Bestbuy sent me 2 more after that but they all arrived damaged, they did not want to order a 4th one because 3 times is the maximum amount of attempts. My TV is still sitting on the floor and now looking for a stand elsewhere. I am pretty disappointed.

Has an elegant / contemporary look & feel to it; much richer / nicer than the price suggests. Easy enough to assemble and looks great when done. Its not solid wood and internal ventilation could be better but overall, a GREAT piece, especially considering the price.

Mine came with no screws so i had to go to home depot to get them. I don't know who is packing these boxes but they need to get it together.

The level of service from your staff and associates was pitfall and nonexistent.

Best Bang For The Buck!

Most were priced at $1000 to $2000. Okay, does it look like a $2000 piece of furniture? No. Does it look like I paid under $400? Definitely not! It is solid and well-constructed and looks great. Easy to assemble, it took me about 3 hrs (all right I’m slow). Instructions were easy to follow except when trying to figure out how to put the rubber sticky piece on the sliding glass doors (still not sure I did it right). I ordered on-line and picked it up at my local BestBuy store. It was super easy and no shipping costs!
