When I went to store to pick it up, it was marked for MAC, it should have worked with the PC I was installing it in, but it did not. I am sure it works great in Macs, but the PC did not like it. I would prefer that it states Mac in the description, but it did not. The board I installed the sticks into supports the advertised speed, but it would not boot with any configuration of one or two sticks. Best Buy did take it back so I could exchange it for another 1 stick kit, but it wasn't Corsair.

If it was Crucial’s I probably would’ve been more excited that Best Buy had it, and sold it. However this brand name has not disappoint. In fact that it has not failed is reason enough to buy again. Price Wise!!

From what I read it is not compatible with my laptop and will mess up in the long run if I added it in. I was able to find the correct memory that was compatible with my laptop from the same brand it works really well. I've been using it for more than a month and I have not had any problems.
