The first time it happened, Corsair sent me a new one after a lot of back and forth. The second time, I purchased a new mouse (Razer Basilik). The scroll wheel begins to have issues with either direction of scrolling. You scroll down and it goes up and vice versa. It's unfortunate because I really did like the mouse. Just could not deal with the issues anymore.

Every couple weeks there would be connection issues and I would have to leave plugged in while using. At times low battery indicator didn’t turn on.

Turn off the mouse, hold Left+Right click, turn on the wireless connection and continue to hold until the mouse power cycles.
