It worked well, when it worked, but it did not last nearly as long as previous mice have. This has become a common issue with modern mice. Buy something cheaper, like a Redragon mouse that you won't feel as bad about when it inevitably wears out.

BUT the fact that you can adapt laser thingy to wjat surface you use it on is great (as i use it on a couch sometimes)

Spend the Extra $ on the Viper Ultimate

I figured this would be a good option but my experience with the Dark Core was not great. First off, the mouse is heavy, like seriously heavy. While using it, random disconnects in the middle of games or even while just web browsing made for a poor experience. Corsair's iCue software is buggy and will crash randomly as well. I returned this mouse after about 5 months of use and bought a Razer Viper Ultimate that I'm enjoying much more.

Like the vast majority of their products, Corsair delivers budget quality for a premium price. Also the icue RGB Software is literally the worst software I have ever used and it has convinced me over the past year to never perform any kind of PC build with corsair products ever again. the Mice, RGB controllers, Headsets, they are all garbage.

Nice mouse, but constant Bluetooth issues
