Great sound, great value, horrible support

Really surprisingly good sound considering the price. Had to contact support due to a breakage and they were non existent. Never responded, even after multiple emails.

Mic works fine for calls but I can still hear outside noises despite turning it all the way up. It’s a good basic headset but I switched to Bose with a boom mic for better sound cancellation.
