Bought this headset a little more than a year ago and still works great. The mute button on the headset wore down and you can hear static if you mute it on the headset. (No problem for me as I can mute on my PC). Does comes with a USB plugin for the noise-canceling feature (need to download an application on your laptop/PC). I downloaded it, but I don't need it so ended up deleting and never using it. Detachable mic, good as sometimes it can get annoying. The material on the ears did start to peel over usage. Either way, my pair have been through a lot and are still somehow alive. tldr: Good headset, comes with mic and mute button (still works after a year). Would recommend!

These are a solid pair of headphones for how they are priced. Obviously they can't compare to the headsets in the $2XX or more range, but they are great for FPS gaming. I use these for COD and have had no complaints.

They are good but had an issue where the mic wasn’t working at all and same thing happened after I exchanged it for the same one , I did some adjustments on my own for them to work but besides that they are very good headphones

I really like this headset as a secondary set. I have better headphones but these are really comfortable and having a mic(though not great, just like most headsets) available in a pinch is nice.

It’s a good quality headset and I appreciate the hard mute switch which I can feel which position it’s in. The #1 thing I miss from my Logitech that this replaces is there’s no “loop back” audio. You don’t hear yourself talk through the headset, which sucks because it’s pretty noise isolating so you tend to talk too loud. I had to buy Audio Hijack to do this in software, which costs as much as this headset. I really think this should be at least an option. There’s no software features though, other than a thing that toggles surround mode, it’s a waste of time to install iCUE unless you need that. The removable boom is good for when you don’t want it, however, I really miss my old one’s flip-up because when I hang it on a hook the boom needs to stick out.

My son is using this and thinks that it is great. Decent value.

The sound is good, build quality feels fine, I cannot say anything about the quality of the microphone as I use a desk mic but it is nice that its detachable but I am afraid I will be returning this headset today, as the PRO SURROUND SOUND feature seems to just be that this headset is 3x as tight as any other product of theirs I have owned in the past. If you buy this headset and have a larger skull you will feel like your head is being crushed at all times even at the widest setting so please avoid this headset to save you a trip back to the store unless you want to end up with a tyler1 skull dent from wearing this.

Comfortable and lightweight. Had a few instances where I was told my voice sounded like I was in Alvin and the Chipmunks (with the adapter). Had to disconnect and reconnect to solve the issue.
