Sound quality is great...I've had no complaints about mic quality...headset is comfortable around my head and ears. Mic is flexible and able to detach. I had no issues with my headset being compatible with my PC like I read other users complain about.

I found this item to be a good value, quality is good and materials used are well designed and soft to touch. Sound quality is great for the price and is clear in each ear piece.

Budget-wise it's a pretty decent gaming headset. The sound is good, quality on the outside is good. There's only one thing I don't like is that whenever i'm in a call with someone or recording, my mic(even turn off) picks up the computer's sound(game, videos, music sounds). I've seen multiple complaints on that around the web so it's not just me. Anyways, again it's a good budget-wise gaming headset. Only buy it if it's on sale or you are in a tight budget looking for a decent gaming headset

It’s a very solid headset and it has great sound quality. This is definitely the nicest headset I’ve ever had, and it’s well worth it. Only thing I could find a bit annoying was that for me it’s uncomfortable after a few hours of use.

Bought these for my girlfriend since she needed a headset for working at home. Compared to other gaming headsets, my GF loves how comfortable these feel even after days of continuous work. Haven’t tried the surround sound yet, but either way these are great.

Almost like noise canceling headphones. Very good quality and sound. Using for creating knowledge base videos and works well.

These are awesome. I'm using them for work taking calls and they block out noise great . I live on a busy street and no one can hear the fire trucks in the background. They're really loud too.

I bought this for teaching my college classes and it is just right for the purpose. I can't really comment much on sound quality or other aspects that may be important to gamers and other users, but I find it comfortable and on the cloud recordings my voice is clear.

I bought these to replace my headset for work and I really like them. I don't wear them for more than two hours at a time, so I can't report on long periods of comfort. They have a really good sound and microphone is clear. Surround sound is just a bonus.

They do the job and then some. Great purchase. Would definitely purchase again. I also own hs70 pro wireless. These are now my go to. Use them on my pc, xbox, ps4, switch, basically anything with a headphone jack. Also supports surround sound on pc.

Good fit with adjustments available. Nice to be able to remove the mic to use as wired headphones without the mic in the way. Cord is easy to keep untangled.

Sturdy, decent sound. Only issue is the plastic my feel on my ears and the too isn't as comfortable as I would like. Great for the price if you're on a budget.

I was looking for a a decent headset that wouldn't cost me a arm and a leg. This brand has been around for a while so I chose these. I cannot complaint about the quality, the way they feel with clean sound made this a great purchase!

Inexpensive set of headphones allows for communication with my coworkers without the sounds from the house interrupting. I didn’t think they would be high quality due to the price but they are great if you are looking for a cheap set to get you though the day.

Excellent quality for starting out with gaming headsets. Came with a 7.1 usb adapter for the surround sound and masked outside noise so the immersion was uninterrupted.

Great sound, Mic is ok fine for discord. I have glasses so the cups push them in a weird position. All in all good sound I don't use the 7.1 thing .

This product would be a 5/5 for me but the earcups started to come apart and fall off rather quickly. I know that there are replacements and I love that. I just wish it wasn't even necessary to consider this option. Better glue or even better attachment in the first place would be FANTASTIC. I'll be bringing these back to Best Buy with my protection plan but I think they're out of stock so we will see what options I have :)

Great sound Great mic. A little tight for my head, which makes wearing for a long time a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise great headset for the Price

Bought this when i got my new computer and it seems to work very well,.. the sound quality is excellent. Have only had it less then a month so cant say how the durability will be as headsets seem to have a tendency of wearing out or breaking wires at some point.

These headphones are really great for the price. Only think i didn’t like as much was the head band. My head gets kind of sore/tired after prolonged use.
