Earcups fall off

Minor connecting problems but still good

Pressed for off unpressed for off. Also has a problem disconnecting when using. Have to unplug then plug it back in to reconnect sound. Might be my computer settings but I doubt it.

Sorry to hear that you're getting disconnects while using the headset, are you connected via the included USB dongle or just via the 3.5mm connector? If you're on the USB dongle, can you try moving the USB connection to another port to see if it alleviates the issue? Complicated Headset

My son had a hard time hearing and he is unable to speak into the mic. We are still trying to figure out how to do that. They fit great on his head though. I also wish the mic part was on the right hand side.
