These work as intended. But have had to replace 2x since last christmas. Thank goodness for the protection plans I purchased.

This was perfect for my boyfriend but literally just 17 days after having it he said it stopped working. Best Buy return policy was only 15 days. This is probably the shortest return policy I’ve heard of for technology so now we are stuck with a pair of head phones that do not work and can’t return them. Therefore I’m not a happy customer especially for the price we paid for them.

Sound is good, mic is way to sensitive for a console. Can hear voices through party chat echo.

My son wanted these for his birthday & we got some similar to it from Walmart & he said the Walmart ones are horrible. So I bought the Best Buy ones & even my husband said "he knows his electronics & which ones are high quality"

This headset is superior to most headsets within its price range. The removable mic is a plus. Only downside is it does hurt the top of your head after a while.

My recent headphones broke on me that I’ve put to use for 3 years! Upgraded to these and so far I’m loving these!

Good quality headset. I’d say I have a pretty standard size head but it was still on the large side for me. Ended up exchanging for something else.

Before I was using an old iPad for communication over Discord while playing on-line games. Other players complained they heard everything from my eating to other noises. They are much happier now with this new headset. Highly recommend.

They sounds great but they hurt my head after wearing them a while. Also, the microphone is painfully quite.

Comfortable, good sound and the microphone is clear. Even better is it works with either the USB adapter or you can direct connect to a 1/8" headphone/mic jack. What more could you ask for at this price point?

At first, the mic didn't work because I didn't have the mic boom plugged in completely. My mistake. With function working, my son loves it. I can't compare to a more expensive headset so my review is based on our use of only this headset.

After a while, this headset ending up with the left side going out. The mic isn't so great for soft-spoken people. Often on discord call, they would say I was cutting out and sounded muddy and there was no option to change how it sounded in the software(icue). The build quality was pretty good. Overall, the headset is good but there is better for the price.

This headphone set is making our teenager happy. It works well on the Xbox and can also be used on PS4. The speakers are flexible and should last longer than the old one.

decent headset, just wanted a good headset for my xbox one x, it does the job, Hopefully it lasts longer than the last pair I have owned.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my cousin. I think he will love these. Awesome for the price and very competitive with the other Companies

The audio playback is great quality but the microphone is not quite up to par for using to record a conversation interview to post online.

Built quality is okay. Sound is okay. Just don’t like it that you have to use the dongle port in order to use the surround sound features.

Over good but too heavy in my opinion. Had to take frequent breaks after using it. Planning on exchanging it.

Worked good when I used it, the only reason I returned it is because the one side became loose
