Sound quality is good for the price but the output can leak incoming sounds with the mic attached.

Always like to buy headphones at best buy. Is my favorite place to purchase because in my opinion; is the most trusted place where to purchase the brands i need, and because they guarantee each item i buy.

Great fast service. It was overall very positive and pleasant experience. Did not have to wait too long. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The curve side pick up was great! We will order merchandise from Best Buy again

I feel like the directions of the sound is a little lacking, but other than that, its pretty good for the price.

This is a wonderful product, in which you pay for two things: the headphone itself and then the excellent software that corsair uses for their hardware. The 7.1 drivers are great for those that want to plug in and tune out.

The real bargain in this product is the 3.5mm (1/8") female plug to USB-A converter. This device will let you connect any headset / mic to your computer. The headset itself is very heavy and the earmuffs make my ears and surrounding areas sweat. I cannot recommend the headset, but the converter module is awesome. I wish I had / could buy it seperately.

Sound quality is good. Never was able to get microphone working. Switched it for new one with same problem

Nice but many malfunctions or break downs over short time. Purchase warranty and easily exchanged out.

Wanted a pair of affordable headsets for the kids. Works great, but a bit tight. Needs adjustment.

It’s a decent product for the money. The only problem I have is that the microphone quality is poor on my PlayStation 4 & 5.

This was for my Grandson and he says it is perfect for playing games on his Switch. We had previously purchased a microphone which was fun to use on the laptop but wasn't compatible with his Switch.

Truly like this headset as I purchased it when I bought my gaming pc. A bit of adjustment with only one volume button the side compared to my PlayStation headset that has a chat and game volume adjustment on the side.

Headphones are more durable than brand name product which broke after. Few months. Definitely recommend purchasing warranty with any product

I bought a second pair of these for my son (gaming on a PS4). I've use them for work calls and have been pleased with their sound and comfort. However, when used on the PS4 the sound quality through the microphone is poor, sounds slightly like talking underwater is what other people hear. I'll be returning the second set.

These headphones are excellent for online training, tutorials, gaming, etc. I had a pair for watching Youtube videos, then my husband borrowed them for some online training and decided that he wanted his own pair!

The headphones are pretty good except I wear glasses so it sometimes gives me a headache for playing for a long time.

I got this when it was $20 off. Pretty good, but it is my first headset Soni don't have anything to compare it to.

These headphones are excellent. Great value. Not a 5 five stars because they price is a little high for poor consumers.
