I finally discovered the volume control knob on the side of one of the earphone housings. Once I turned up the volume on this knob the headphones produced sounds without any problem.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the USB DAC that comes with this is garbage, and apparently is a known issue. when using discord the sound from your desktop streams directly into chat, not because its getting picked up by the microphone, but because lt feels what you do on the computer is part of the conversation. the mic quality is terrible, and sounds muffled, unclear, and painful to listen to, or so I've been told. all in all, a bad purchase. the only good thing is that they are comfortable, so only buy if you want expensive ear muffs.
