I play on an Xbox One and when the microphone does work it is overly sensitive and creates an echo with any playable audio level. I would reccomend steelseries for comfort and quality in every way over these. I have never returned an electronic before and I wish I could now.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When you install the 7.1 sound surround software the sound becomes amazing but you get a very low sensitivity on your mic but if you delete the software everything returns to normal but you lose the sound surround experience, which was the reason I bought this headset in the first place.

Great sound - poor quality

Bought for casual gaming - they serve their purpose well. After about 4 months of gentle use the left earmuff worked its way off the frame and there’s no clear way to reattach it. I just can’t give a high rating for a product that lasts 4 months of light use.
