    Great Headphones, Horrible Mic, Might Be Defective

    Headphones are top notch, Mic is not good especially for something that was originally 70. The mic picks up the sound of the headphones which creates an echo. I will be returning them. This is coming from someone who gives the benefit of the doubt.

    The headset works fine for hearing, but the mic is of poor quality as others have a hard time understanding what is being said. This is the second headset of this brand I have bought and both lasted about 3-4 weeks of use.

    Don't buy, they disconnect constantly

    Headphones disconnect all the time, it is the worst when it is in the middle of playing an online FPS. Does this regardless of what you are running. Does it with my mouse as well since they are both running the ICUE software, but with my mouse it just deletes any of my profiles saved but it will reconnect right away. The headphones do no reconnect you must physically unplug and plug back in and probably restart any software you are playing on. Don't bother getting help from the company, there are a ton of forums folks having the same issues and they aren't offering any solutions. Just don't buy these, buy something else.

    Good until the mic stopped working

    Started off great. Ear pads are very soft. Stiff at the beginning as expected. Blocked out exterior noise and was able to hear very well. About a month in, the mic stopped working. Now I am unable to use it at all.

    Poor physical quality

    Lasted like 2 months before the cushions just decayed and ripped out. They have warranty but it was too annoying trying to obtain the serial code.

    Echoing Sound

    Headset feels nice, sounds nice only problem i have is friends in party consistently hear an echo of themselves and game audio. Couldn’t find any fixes to it either

    Works great when its working. The headset disconnects at least once a day though and I have unplug it and plug it back in. I've changed ports

    They work but they're pinch the top of my head even when I have them fully extended. My head's not even that big. Wouldn't recommend unless your ok with having a dent in your head.

    Needs Better Mic

    Headset is good and I like the detachable mic, but when using the mic my voice on the receiving end cuts in and out. People have a hard time hearing what I'm saying.

    Not great for primary microphone good for a backup

    Build quality is ok sound is very tinny the microphone sounds your speaking through a pringles can. You can spend your $50 better with Astro A10s It’s good for a backup mic

    I’ve owned many headsets that have lasted me many years from budget ones to expensive ones. This one stopped working after only 2 months of light use. Lost all audio from it and tried to get it working again for about a week and nothing worked. I like Corsair products, this is my first headset from them. I don’t know if I will be buying another headset from them anytime soon.

    Wouldn’t recommend. The usb dongle fails. Have had to get Corsair to send me 2 since buying. Without the dongle it’s very poor performance.

    Had to return and exchange for a different product. Husband built a new computer. Corsair iCUE will not work on his PC. Spoke with their support, they basically told him he's not a priority. The headset would not work correctly without iCUE. I'm sure they work fine if you have iCUE working, but they would only work as headphones for him - the mic didn't work at all.

    Sad Headsets

    The look and feel of these headsets are nice, but the quality is something that I’m embarrassed for Best Buy to even carry. We haven’t owned these for 6 months yet and already the left side is inoperable. When playing XBox live the other players in the chat complain about the microphone being muffled and hearing excessive feedback. We purchased 2 of these - regrettably.

    Couldn't give a lower rating otherwise I would. Overpriced, which most Corsair products are, but when my nephew finally was able to get the product after the pandemic and then try them out, right out of the box, the right speaker doesn't work. Would have to go through Corsair now for warranty replacement. Unfortunately, he still wants this brand, so I'll have to buy another set. If it weren't a gift, I wouldn't be buying this set.

    The set already broke Sound only comes out the left ear now. Terrible choice , do not buy Only had for 3 weeks
