    The product is great I have had the headset before but I purchased one for my brother but the microphone stopped working right after the two week deadline. I tried using the older pairs microphone and it worked perfectly fine. A little disappointed by bestbuy

    I bought this in January, and the microphone completely quit working by June. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Complete waste of money

    Static Headache

    I Had 3 days using this headset and they started to emit a very subtle but noticeable static sound everytime any sound was going through them at first I thought it was the icue software and proceeded to uninstall and they just stopped working outright I wouldn’t recommend these

    Was expecting a lot from these headphones from the great reviews on here and youtube but i just got these today and they are horrible. Other players can hear everything that is happening in the background and it is awful.

    Worked for a little while then quit.

    I bought these in January and they seem to be good and work for a while with the Xbox one. Now it is March they do not work with the Xbox at all no sound or microphone will work. Don't buy these move on to a different brand.

    Mic stopped working

    Bought this at the end of November. It is now July and the mic completely stopped working no matter what I do to try to fix it. Spend your money elsewhere.

    Bought on December 8th and by February 5th I could only hear out of one side of the headphones. They live on my desk and never get jostled around or anything so I don't know what the deal is.

    i just got these a day ago and since i’ve put them on the top of my head starts hurting, i didn’t have a problem with my older model corsair headphones but these really hurt.

    The first one I got didnt even work. So I returned it for a second pair and it only worked for 1 hour. These are awful. Spend your money on a pair of headphones that actually work.

    One of the worst headsets ive owned had to get 3 replacements in a year after the 4th i said screw it and bought a steel series

    Complete trash, so many bugs setting up. Completely went dead after 2 months. The price dropped from $70 to $50 for this known issue and defects. Not worth it.

    I can’t believe how much trouble this product has been. The mic constantly quits working. It was an impulse purchase and I plan to return as soon as this pandemic is over.

    Pure trash I still can't get the mic to work on windows OS there is no drivers for this headset and quality of sound is poor

    I purchased this product Dec 21st 2020 and it stopped working within 30 days. The audio was completely shot and microphone was nothing but static.
