    7.1 Surround feature is garbage. Ever listened to a song with a bit rate of 96kbps? That's what it sound likes. Destroyed audio quality. Leave it on Stereo. I came from Razer Krakens that finally died. That surround sound was superb. But were very uncomfortable. Technically, it works with iPhone, but doesn't function correctly. I had two iPhones (XS and 7) to test with and each had their own adapter for the 3.5mm plug. The headphones make a constant pop sound when plugged in. Play music and it gets worse. Conversely, a PC and an Android phone (with USB C to 3.5mm adapter) didn't exhibit this behavior. This isn't an issue with the headphones. This is an Apple issue. The iPhone does not deliver enough power to the headphones. To get around this you need another cable. Since this headphone has a microphone, there are 3 black rings on the 3.5mm plug. You need to eliminate the bottom microphone ring. That can be done with a 3.5mm extension cable. Luckily you can pick up really short ones that are only an inch or so long to achieve this. While these are comfortable, feels solid and performs the task (mostly), not 100% satisfied. For this price, the subpar surround that is a selling point falls short. I expected a bit better.
