Faulty mic, Best Buy won’t exchange

Unfortunately, the mic is the only thing that doesn’t work. The audio is pretty good and the headphones are comfortable but the mic does not work at all. Purchasing through Best Buy is also a bad idea. They will only give you 15 days from the purchase date to exchange. So if you’re like me, you’ll miss the return date and now you’re stuck with faulty headphones. The headphones get two stars but Best Buy’s poor customer service puts it back to one. That being said, Corsair or Best Buy, if you are reading this, I’d like to give these headphones a second chance. Please let me exchange for a better pair.
