Did not start using these until recently. Within two months of use, the cord has a shortage and I can only hear from one side unless I wiggle the cord. This does not last as with any movement, one side goes out. No abuse on these and always used the supplied Velcro to secure the cord. Never bent the cord at the connect point. Purchased for conference calls while mobile to connect to phone or webinars from tablet. Worked great when they worked. Waste of money since I did not pay for the extended store warranty. I really need headphones with a microphone. Hoping customer service will read this and reach out for assistance.

They're uncomfortable to wear for an extended period if you have on glasses or more than one ear piercing. If you put the volume up too loud the mic catches it all. But for the low price point, they do the job.

Junk! These headphones were relatively comfortable, but began malfunctioning within the first month. The sound goes and then the microphone. I’ve contacted Corsair who had me send them back, at my expense, and I’m waiting on a new/refurbished pair. In the meantime, I’m forced to listed to the sound of my children yelling at their friends while playing video games because none of them have any volume control.

Everything is great about the headphones, except the microphone doesn't work. I didn't buy the warranty, so I can't get them replaced. I will just have to buy new headphones.

I snagged this headset when it was on sale for $20 and at the time I had a $5 reward so I ended up paying $15 for these. Even at that price point I don’t recommend these and definitely not at their normal price. Corsair dropped the ball with these. The sound quality was pretty bad as well as the mic did not sound good either. My friends complained a lot about my headset echoing and being able to hear the gameplay through my mic, I was never able to fix this problem so I moved on from them.

It’s a good headset but had to return it because my friends could hear the echo they said it wasn’t bad but if playing for long sessions it be an annoyance to some people

After a couple of days of use had to return them and didn’t like them only thing I like was the software used to run on pc but besides that nothing else about this mic so good

The headphones worked without Corsair software, but the microphone didn't. After downloading the software and choosing the appropriate settings, the headphones and mic worked fine for a little over one week. The headphones just quit working one day. At first they seemed to be creating no sound, but after some troubleshooting, there was extremely muffled sound and it wouldn't get better. After having spent a bunch of time on these headphones over a two week period, they went back to the store and I bought something more reliable, with no USB connector, and that doesn't require additional software. I expect headphones and microphones to work straight out of the box, and these definitely did not.

They are ok based on how cheap they are. The clamping force is quite strong and they feel quite cheap. There are no metal parts aside from the band, it's all plastic. These are good if you arent looking to spend a lot of money but if you want amazing sounding headphones for the price and don't mind spending some money then definitely get the Sennheiser 6XXs from Drop.

They are uncomfortable for long usage (i use them 10 hours day). I use them as a replacement for my headsets for work so some of the calls come in crisp and loud others muffled and staticky and i haven’t figured out if it is the headset or the voip. I get a lot of “you sound like you are in a tunnel” “you sound like you are in a booth” “you sound under water” “your volume is low” and this is cranked up to max.

I am using it with an xbox one. Sound is pretty low. Cord is pretty long. Had to tie it together with included velcro.

the system wasn't the greatest and wasn't aware of the limitation for a return so not pleased

This headset was not really that good returned it because of to much static while playing online gaming
