They came with a wire that has way to much play in the headset. I assume that's the reason for the noises that other people hear when I use these. Best buy has a short return window so I missed my window and get to eat $50.

After a short time of use, the wire got broken. Very low quality.

It cuts in and out and we may need to return it - but its ok

These did not hold up as we had expected. A year later they have fallen apart and broke so we had to replace them. Definitely not what I was expecting from a big name like Corsair.

I was looking for a good quality, budget-friendly headset with 7.1 surround sound support to complete my gaming setup. I ended up going with this one, and I don't regret it. The earcups are super comfy and the sound quality is amazing. The build is nice, and it's a bit tight at first, but it'll eventually "break in" and you'll get used to it. It's very sturdy and snug. Overall, I'd really recommend going with this one if you're looking for a budget headset with a premium feel and good sound.

I have had these headphones for about five months now and j absolutely love them. The materials used are great they don't bother my ears or get annoying after a couple hours, sound quality is great I've dropped numerous times from my desk which is about 3 feet from the ground and there is no scuff marks or any damage my favorite feature is the mute mic button on the headset.

I just picked these up today and I wished I would’ve done that sooner. Great sound quality and I the mic seems to be working perfectly. (Good for Fortnite, etc...) I bought these for $40 because they were on sale and I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase. I paid $5 for the warranty and its good for two years. The employee told me I could literally throw them across my room and if they break, I would get my money back on a gift card.

I had purchase many Corsair product and this one is not exception, overall a good product.

So my wife went to pick up another headphone set that was on sale and came home with these. Good solid construction and fit well, even with glasses. That said, these headphones don’t exist, according to Corsair. No listing on their website and more importantly, no drivers for Windows 10 (or anything since they are phantom headphones) Good news is they work fine with default Windows drivers. But, without support, I’m knocking the rating down a star.

Let me get this out of the way first and say that I really love this headset. It's comfortable and it has great sound and the mic would have been perfect for me had it worked the way it should. Definitely a 10/10 for how cheap I got it for at $40 on sale. I have had this headset for about one day, and I already have run into really frustrating and time consuming issues. Everyone I had been communicating with either said that there was an echo coming from me or they could hear themselves loud and clear coming from me, I thought maybe it was just because the volume was too high causing it to leak so I turned it down and it persisted anyways to the point where it was too quiet for my liking and still loud for others, obviously it didn't just echo them, it was echoing everything I was doing, from the music I was playing to the video I was watching, it was really annoying to say the least and when I heard it for myself I was kind of upset. I called Corsair Support and they said "It has to be a computer issue and we don't know what to do about that, try calling Microsoft". The issue they were talking about was the audio on my motherboard being jacked up causing it to interfere with my microphone communication and thus causing it to relay the audio from my PC whatever it may be. So I listened to them and started testing stuff out. I got to the point where I tested two headsets with music, communication, and YouTube videos at different levels of volume and the HS60 ALWAYS picked up that audio unless it was to the point where it was almost completely off and barely audible anyways. The other headset I tested, the Hyper X Stinger, with a messed up mic and leaky audio from being used for a long while and worn down. The Stinger didn't pick up and single thing while this new headset picked up nearly EVERYTHING unless I dropped the volume to around 30-40 in Windows' Audio Mixer. BTW, both headsets were tested using Corsair's USB Surround Dongle that they provide with the HS60 so they were on even ground. I probably received a bad set or something because it is not like Corsair at all to have an issue like this in one of their competition headsets.

I love corsair as a brand but I'm deeply disappointed in these. Two things I can say that are good about this product is how comfortable they are to wear and sound great, but the thing that weighs all of this down is the down right horrible mic quality. Sometimes out of no where the mic is so quiet that I don't know what to do. Even when I boost the mic is bad. Sometimes my voice becomes robotic and have to restart my computer to work. If you are just looking for sound and comfort these are the one but do not get this for the mic.
