It took us 2 of them because the first set didn't hold a charge and other issues that was not working. Exchange set works awesome love everything about them just the hassle finding a new one with no issues. They have lots of complaints finding a set that work from the start.

Great sound but very uncomfortable

The band is so tight that the earpads pushed into the side the of my head and started to give me a headache. Plus the pads aren't thick enough so my ears would rub against the inside of the cups which is a rough material and would start to get annoying after a few minutes of use. The sound is great, but in no way are they noise-cancelling. I had them on and was playing games at a moderate volume, and I could still hear surrounding noise plain as day. Overall I would not recommend this headset unless you just like the general aesthetics and don't much care for comfort. I ended up going with the HyperX Cloud 2 headset which I got on sale at Best Buy for 69.99 ($10 less than these ones), and I couldn't be happier!!

Also some weird issue with the mic that does not allow it to face the right way toward your mouth. Long battery life, would suggest if you dont need the mic or have an external one.

If the volume wheel on the headset is at 100% there will be a very noticeable electric humming or buzz that is hard to ignore.
