Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The audio quality of the headset is nice for what it is But the mic quality is trash iCue software will brick your headset if it updates the headset firmware so stay clear from that at all costs (I had to return it after trying to fix it) Although the mic quality of my voice I couldn’t handle, if you don’t care about sounding like a lofi scuba diver it’ll do for you Otherwise it’s an okay wireless headset for when it’s on sale

I use it for work and I work in a call center. Occasionally the microphone will come out and no one can hear me. I’m worried that one day I might lose the microphone. Or it will stop working because it is detachable.

The wire was fraying so I decided to upgrade to the wireless one to avoid that. This is heavier which makes it very uncomfortable after wearing it for a certain amount of time and the sound quality is much lower.

Quality of sound should be just as good as the HS60 unless there's interference. I apologize about the headset not being the best for you given its weight but I hope you can get used to it.
