The volume dial pushed into the headset and stopped functioning. Sound was not at a reasonable volume to begin with and was always too quiet. Returned under geek squad and replaced with different headset

It randomly looses it's connection to the PC, and when it does, it requires the PC to rebooted before it will work again regardless of troubleshooting steps taken. The actual use time is no where close to advertised claims, as the most I get is about 3.5 hours before the battery dies on a full charge. The sound in hollow compared to other headsets I've used, both gaming and non-gaming. It's quite annoying that these issues starting occurring after the 15 days return period, and now I'm stuck with a useless hunk of junk. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this headset!

The audio was decent, the microphone is a little tinny though. At first they felt comfortable, but after a couple hours they made the top of my head hurt. I thought I'd get used to them but never did. After about 6 months I noticed the battery wasn't lasting as long as it used to. About a month later the battery stopped lasting longer than about 10 minutes. I doubt I'll buy another Corsair product.
