They worked wonderfully until about March 03, 2021. The USB dongle seems to have an intermittent issue.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. and with in 4 weeks the Mic doesn't work any more. it's been sitting in the box since January.

Headset works wonderfully on normal settings but when switched to the Dolby Atmos setting sound quality is not the best.

Mic is not very good. The feel of the headphone on your head is a little uncomfortable.

The rang on these headphones is poor . Hey leave the room and they go out

The icue software broke the headphones and will no longer recognize them. I’ve done some research and it’s a problem they refuse to fix that has been going on for years. I would avoid corsair products at all cost.

Bought this the end of January, now having to buy another headset set and it's the middle of May. There is so much crackling in the headset after a few months and now the microphone only works when it wants to. Very disappointed in this headset. Spent $85 for it to only work 3 1/2 months. I definitely would not recommend this headset.

Not suitable for FPS, but I would recommend this headset, I if you're planning to play any other games.

The microphone is not the best! Unless it is right against your mouth, you can not be heard.

The reason I wanted this headset was to match my Corsair setup. I tried the Corsair VOID before and it was okay but this headset is garbage. I been testing this headset for a week and so far I have a lot of bad things to say about it. One, I can't get the firmware to update with ICUE. I haven't found a solution and I've sent in a ticket but still no response. Two, it hurts my head, even when the bands are extended all the way. Also the pads do not have enough cushion so the inner cup touched my ear. Other headsets I've used never had this problem. Three the sound quality isn't good, in fact I think it is one of the worst sounding headsets. The sound quality doesn't even compare to Logitech and Razer. Four, there is static and other sounds while idle. This shouldn't be happening with brand new headsets. Overall a bad headset.

Every sound in my house is picked up including from my nose. My friends can't stand it. The Corsair HS series headsets normally come with a windshield... maybe this item was returned to bestbuy and never properly reassembled. IDK, don't buy from bestbuy.

I had this headphone less than a year and it is turning off and on, cutting me out on my calls through Zoom. I cannot charge them. I cannot manually turn them off. Given the amount I paid for these, they should have lasted longer.

I bought this when I first got into Pc gaming. I was very gentle with it & it worked fine for a few weeks. Then you could hear but it was in & out. Nobody could hear me. After a couple days, it would not connect. Wouldn’t recommend.

Bought this and was really excited to use it. For the price I was expecting great sound quality but was disappointed. The input quality is decent but the output quality is pretty bad. Design was nice though.

The battery died in a year, the mic quality is horrible and they are very heavy. They would give me headaches in extended use.

Not the bang for the buck. This headset is fairly uncomfortable and it's not very durable. Sound quality is awful and mic isn't even on par with a webcam mic.

stopped connecting to my computer 2months later.... now i have to waste my time n figure the hardware problem out computer is 2months old also!

Great construction sounds are average gaming headphones. Conform level is pretty bad. Hissing at low volume. Something in the ear cups touches the ears.

Description said it would work with Switch, but it does not.
