Microphone randomly stops working
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This headset was great until the microphone started sporadically not registering any sound. I now have to unplug and replug the boom on a regular basis, which, (as I work in a call center) is really bad. It's beyond the return window now, and as it just started doing this after said window, I'm stuck. Thumbs down.
