Good cooler overall

The only reason why there is a star down is because one of the fans was stuck and I had to pry it a little bit to get it moving.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you have an ASUS socket 1151 motherboard, this cooler will require some,, creativity,, to install. The standoffs on the back plane are too long, and extend too far past the motherboard, Corsair's answer was to put washers between the backplane and motherboard. I put spacers in, and got the temps down to the high 60's (C), but the pump still does not appear to be making good contact with the processor. SO the standoffs that are installed on the processor side of the board are likely too long as well. If you have an ASUS board, be prepared for a finicky install.

That wouldn't apply to every motherboard, but it does apply to the ones that are unfortunately not as thick as they should be.
