Q: does it come with a am4 bracket?
A: Yes it does.
Q: Is the radiator 120mm or the fans or both?
A: The fans are 120 the radiator is 240 or 2 x 120 another key point is that the fans areML series which are magnetic drives and not bearings. They also are not RGB fans
Q: Will this fit a z390 mother board and a i9 9900k processor ?
A: Yes, I just did a build using a MSI MEG 390 ACE motherboard with an i9 9900k CPU and it works perfectly. Make sure your case is large enough because you need room for the cooling tubes from the CPU to the actual cooler mounted in the top of the case. If your case is small, it will be difficult to attach the cooler to the CPU and route the cooling lines to the cooler.
Q: Would geek squad be able to put this part into my computer for me?
A: Sure but it is so easy that you can take the extra money and buy extra ram, SSD or something to beef up you system.
