Very very confusing to install, doesn't come with any instructions, it's a good thing I'm fluint in PC mumbo jumbo, I won't buy another but after I figured out how to install it it works pretty good. The included hardware is different then showed on the Corsair website.

The worst AIO ive ever laid eyes on. As a product, from someone who's never had a liquid cooled build, it seemed like a great first option. I was wrong. Theres no instruction manual first of all, second, the insulated cables just love to move exactly the way you dont need them to move. And ofc the rgb isnt easy to set up. Im partially at fault for buying a mediocre motherboard, but to this day i havent found out what to do with one of the cable splitters, or where to plug in the rgb cables. But at least it does its job. Buy a different liquid cooler please.

Really?? there is no manual included. I'm a PC expert so I managed to install. The company like Corsair, this is not what the customer expected.

There is a bracket labeled socket AM4 but the holes are not even close to what the motherboard has! Also, no instructions at all, just a safety manual

This is a piece of junk. The led screen does not light up! Does not come with a manual. Would not buy!

Ran hotter than my air-cooled setup. I've tested it inside multiple computer cases to open air benchmark cases. I even tried multiple motherboards and external power connections for the pump, it would not keep my CPUs cooler than my air-cooled heat sinks.

Strange bug with Linux where it ran the fan at the absolute slowest possible speed causing my cpu to reach well over 100c before the pc shut down. Worked fine on Windows. Apparantly there's a fix but I couldnt keep the pc on long enough running Linux to fix the bug. Moreover doesnt handle any real cpu loads. You're better off getting an air cooler or a 240mm aio.

This cooler sucks, there’s a reason for the price. The cooler won’t come up in iCue with out the cable controller. This means it won’t light up and you cannot monitor the cooler it self. It’s noisy and doesn’t keep modern cards cool. (My amd 7 wouldn’t idle under 40 c) Lastly it gave our after 30 days which was blessing in disguise. Go get a 360 it’s worth the money and lack of headache.

RGB doesn't work with most motherboards unless you get Corsair's RGB controller, which is not advertised. Additionally it could barely keep a 11th gen intel cpu in check, constantly running up to 80 degrees under load with good airflow in the case. Got a CoolerMaster and it performs great.

Fan was busted right out of the box. RGB did not work right out of box and leaked right out of box. Receipt was not readable due to printer having a dirty print head so could not return or warranty the product.

Do not buy this. Stopped working after a week. Lots of faulty products from corsair. Spend your money on something more reliable. Will be worth it.

Due to a recall on the item, not only was the part defective, but I was unable to receive any return on my purchase. The water coolant unit did not work, and almost caused long term damage to my CPU.

Terrible setup. Was missing the second half of the power connector and contacting Corsair to remedy the issue lead to run arounds.

One Fan AIO's are not the move, barely any sort of air flow with it.

Epic fail. This ceased functioning after three months and could have burned my system out had I not caught it in time. No more liquid cooling for me.

Literally caused my computer to repeatedly overheat, had to return and get another cooler form elsewhere.

Easy to set up and install. I purchased a triple pack of LL120s and it came with the iCue controller that this hooked right into. Sadly you will need that to fully control your RGB but for an entry level AIO its great. Excellent temps on an Overclocked 5600G at 4.3. Being a single fan size makes case placement tricky but theres lots of cable and hose to work with. Will certainly be upgrading at some point but for what this is im extremely happy with it.

Easy to install once you watch some installation videos. It would be better if it came with instructions but it was easy to find installation guides.

Works great, my fiance has an older computer that didn't have compatibility with most other coolers (all the other ones had a backboard to help secure it but his computer doesn't have the correct build for those) so the fact that it was the right size and came with the correct screws as extras was phenomenal. His computer works good as new now and we couldn't be happier

Saved my PC before i had a regular cooler and it wasn't enough for my cpu. When I went in to bestbuy they recommended this one and even tho its one fan the cooler works super well took my temps from 98 to 50-60
