Got a brand new one but the left click had issues inputting so I exchanged it for a new one. New one still has issues with tracking and such so I reset the memory in it, and it still has problems.

To start with the software would not work with the mouse, so I used it with default settings. the left button ghost almost every click I thought it was the way I was holding the mouse but no it is the mouse. so I decided to use it on a secondary computer that was not as critical, UNTIL IT JUST STOPPED WORKING ALL TOGETHER. I will tell you this product was so bad it has soured my opinion of corsair products as a brand.

She loves the feel and comfort in her hand. The lights are a added bonus too
