Keeps reading in ICUE as 4 different mice. even after checking drivers and ICUE updated. as of current update the laser isn't picking up movement correct and makes very jumpy curser movements randomly. I thought maybe it was my computer at first until i switched back to my old mouse

The issue I've been having with it is that the MB4 and MB5 buttons (thumb clickable) will always register as 1 and 2 keyboard buttons, no matter how I try to assign them. They don't register as separate buttons. As a result of this I haven't used it, and I can't return it because the product warranty I purchased for it will only cover a replacement.

The battery life is the worst and it needs to be charged so often you might as well use it as a wired mouse. Also, there is a defect in this model that causes the left button to double click all the time. It makes it almost unusable as a working mouse or a gaming mouse. I've replaced mine twice and both had this defect.

Poor quality, poor support, bad experience

What I got was something very different. In about 5 months of use, I noticed it would go through stages when it would double click when I was only single clicking. After some research online I found many users were having similar issues and it might be able to be fixed with a software update. I tried that and every single potential solution I could find. Failed. Contacted support, got an email maybe every other day talking me through the same things I already did. Very disappointed in the Corsair brand at this point. I expected quality and durability from the product for longer than a few months.
